General Terms & Conditions

1. Donations & Purpose of Sale

By purchasing our products, you are directly supporting animal conservation. A portion of each sale (currently 10%) is donated to certified organizations dedicated to the protection of endangered species featured in our bracelet collections.

The remaining funds are used to cover the operational costs of running our initiative, which include:

  • Product manufacturing and packaging
  • Fulfillment and international shipping
  • Transaction and payment gateway fees
  • Marketing, platform maintenance, and customer service

We aim to be fully transparent and sustainable. While we are not a non-profit organization, our goal is to use commerce as a force for good by raising awareness and funding for wildlife protection. Donation reports will be published regularly on our Impact page.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to supporting marine conservation, we maintain a limited refund policy.

✅ Refunds or reshipments are only offered under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
- Order not delivered within 30 business days

📌 Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion are final sale and non-refundable.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@sea-brace.com, and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We do not refund orders based on buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or shipping delays within the normal delivery window (up to 30 business days).

Here’s why:

  • Each product is created specifically for the order, and is considered a custom item.
  • Proceeds support environmental causes, which makes each purchase part product, part contribution.
  • Many items are sold at a promotional price, which limits eligibility for return under consumer protection laws (e.g., EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and typically ship within 3–5 business days. As we work with international suppliers, delivery may take between 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional duties/taxes that may apply in your country.


4. Use of Website

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.
